If you've ever worked in a classroom you will already know how vital organised record-keeping is to the success of your students. If you're responsible for the management of student records across your school you'll probably also know at least three other things: solutions for Information Management Systems (IMS or sometimes MIS or SIS!) are complicated, they are amongst the hardest things to get working effectively in your school, and lastly, IMS software packages can be outrageously, and often unaffordably expensive.
 ClaSSforSchools is intending to change all that... ClaSSforSchools is different from the normal models of IMS solutions. For a start, our ClaSS software has been developed by experienced classroom teachers. It's also open source software, licensed under the GNU/GPL license, which means you're absolutely free to make use of the software however you choose. |
